Salt and Light
Want to help with something specific?
Here are a few things
we need.
  • Two Brother MFC-9970CDW wireless laser all-in-one printers.
  • 14-foot, dock-height box truck
  • More volunteers to help with clothing, food and administration
Between 1999 and 2010, the number of people living in extreme poverty in Champaign County has increased nearly 60%.*

We know the face of desperation, because we see it every day on the faces of those in need. But thanks to your generosity, we also see the light of hope — in a full bag of groceries, in a nice shirt for the first day of class or a smile that stretches from ear to ear. If you'd like to join us in that mission of hope, please consider your gift today.

Because every dollar you donate buys $10 of food through the Eastern Illinois Food Bank, financial gifts provide the best way to feed the largest number of families in need.

Donate online:
For every $100 donated Salt & Light can feed 26 individuals for 1 week.
